A monthly workshop designed for teens, beginners or experienced meditators who want participate in meditation and/or learn stress management techniques. This is an opportunity to learn how to reset the nervous system through mindfulness, meditation, and other relaxation techniques that help soothe the body’s energy systems. Open to beginners and experienced meditators looking for more support and nw approaches.
