Join JoAnna Castrilla-Cole, LCSW and 300hr CYT at Perspectives CHT, for a 60 minute soulful, gentle yoga practice that focuses on de-stressing the mind and body and explores a return to connectedness.
This class will help you decrease stress levels and increase self-awareness, which aides in calming worry and living a more mindful life.
We’ll practice some gentle yoga postures, deep stretching and some breath work that you can use off of the mat to aid in overall stress relief.
No experience required. Modifications always offered.
