Support for Regulation, Connection, and Sustainable Change

Holistic coaching for individuals and families, grounded in nervous-system support, neurodiversity-affirming care, and compassionate connection.

WITH LAUREN FOSTER, MS, CCC/SLP, CNHP

I support individuals and families who want life to feel more connected, regulated, and sustainable.

My work is practical and relational, and for those drawn to it, it also includes gentle exploration of consciousness, energy, and our shared human experience.

Some people come to coaching because something feels off: overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply ready for change. Others come because they sense there is more available—more ease, clarity, and alignment. All are welcome here.

Hi, I’m Lauren Foster, MS, CCC/SLP, CNHP, a nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Natural Health Professional with over 30 years of experience in integrative wellness, therapy, and coaching.

I offer conscious, whole-person coaching and therapeutic support for individuals and families, with a focus on neurodivergent teens, young adults, and the caregivers who support them. My work blends research-informed practice with holistic modalities such as EFT, Reiki, somatic tools, and nutrition to support regulation, executive functioning, and communication from the inside out, always honoring the whole person and the wisdom of the nervous system.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across hospital-based care, private practice, and leadership. I founded The Powerful Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, after seeing firsthand how many individuals and families fall through the cracks when care is inaccessible, fragmented, or out of reach. The Powerful Project is dedicated to expanding access to mental health and therapeutic support for individuals and families who are often underserved.

A program that I’m passionate and co-lead is The Connected Family Community, where I provide education, coaching, and compassionate support for caregivers of neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults.

And, I’m excited to share that The Personal Power Tools curriculum, a strengths-based program currently used in schools, camps, and private practice settings is anticipated for publication in 2026.

I’m always happy to connect. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to learn more or explore working together.

Lauren’s work has been featured in The LCP Solution, Baby Love, The Late Talker, and publications including Parenting, Autism File, and Advance for SLPs & Audiologists.
