Laurie was trained by Barbara Brennan and integrates subtle energy awareness with grounded, relational presence. Lauren is a Reiki Master and sessions focus on supporting regulation, alignment, and overall wellbeing.
❋ Sound HealingSound healing uses vibration and frequency to support nervous system regulation and relaxation. Through instruments such as singing bowls or tuning forks, sound can help settle the body, quiet the mind, and create space for restoration.
❋ ReikiReiki is a gentle, hands on or hands near practice that promotes relaxation and supports the body’s healing response. Many people experience reduced stress, improved clarity, and a deeper sense of calm after sessions.
❋Tapping (EFT)EFT Tapping combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused awareness. This practice can help reduce stress, shift emotional patterns, and support nervous system balance in a practical, accessible way.
