Therapeutic Approach
Changes and transitions in life can be undoubtedly difficult. Molly (she/her) strives to create a safe and comfortable space to express your truth. By offering acceptance, compassion and empathy, Molly seeks to help open the doors for self-discovery.
Validation of the human experience in itself is healing. We are all faced with trying times and it is okay to feel what you feel. Molly believes that identifying and accepting emotions is a victory and a prominent step in the healing journey. She offers her clients her full presence and the space to be their authentic self, in absence of judgment.
With multi-faceted approaches, some including: cognitive-behavioral (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, acceptance and commitment (ACT) approaches, and person-centered frameworks, Molly helps address the needs of each client with a customized plan of treatment. With trust and collaboration, she will serve as a stepping stone to fulfillment. She recognizes the power of listening to understand and not to only respond.
