COVID-19 Policy

The health and safety of our clients and our staff is paramount. In order to ensure the safest environment possible, we have implemented the COVID Precautions Protocol below for those seeking in-person services. We base our protocol on the current COVID transmission level in Dekalb County and guidelines from the CDC.

Please review the items below regarding our in-person policies for clients. Alternatives to in-person sessions include telehealth (via Zoom) or outdoor sessions. Ask your clinician if you are interested in these options.

  • Masks are recommended while in shared areas of the office.

  • Masks are required for vaccinated individuals during sessions when the COVID transmission level is high in Dekalb County.

  • Fully vaccinated individuals will provide a copy of their vaccination card to their clinician upon request.

  • When COVID transmission level is hight, please remain in your car and notify your provider of your arrival via phone or text. Your provider will let you know when to meet them at the door for a temperature check and COVID screening questions.

  • Use hand sanitizer to clean your hands upon entering the building.

  • Please do not come to the clinic if you have any COVID symptoms, including:

    • Fever greater than or equal to 100 degrees F

    • Shaking or chills

    • Loss of taste or smell

    • Cough

    • Sore throat

    • Muscle aches

    • Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea

    • Headache

    • Rash

  • Notify your provider if you have received a positive COVID test and remain away from the office for 20 days.

  • If any member of your family or someone in close proximity has a positive test or known exposure, we require that you utilize telehealth services and remain away from the office for 7 days. Provide your provider with proof of a negative COVID test prior to resuming in-person services.
